Some Western circles, particularly the United States and Britain, are recently trying to delay holding the [Afghan] parliamentary elections which are scheduled to be held next year.

Delaying the election for whatever reason, cerates many questions in the public minds because election is a political process and is completely opposite to the reconstruction or humanitarian efforts.
