Satisfaction with top execs, state institutions drop.

NET SATISFACTION ratings of top officials and key state institutions they led or formed part of - except for the Senate - dropped in September from June, the Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey for the third quarter showed.

Specifically, the results of the latest SWS survey, conducted last Sept. 18-21 using face-to-face interviews with 1,800 adults nationwide, showed that Vice-President Manuel "Noli" L. de Castro's net satisfaction rating stood at a "good" +32, with 58% of respondents saying they are satisfied with his performance, while 26% said otherwise.
