Botched territory deal part of new peace negotiations.

ZAMBOANGA CITY - The comprehensive peace agreement between the government and Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) would cover political and economic scope and control that provide greater autonomy for Moros in some parts of Mindanao, including some provisions of the botched territorial agreement.

Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Rafael E. Seguis, government chief negotiator, said during a consultation meeting with local chief executives on Monday that part of the current draft agreement adopted some key points in the botched Memorandum of Agreement on Ancestral Domain (MoA-AD).
