Municipal Board will take to task businesses operating without Misc Licences.
To ensure that all businesses under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Board comply with the rules and regulations of the Miscellaneous Licence Act, the Law Enforcement Section of the BSB Municipal Board on Wednesday morning conducted a join operation codename "Operasi Bersepadu Cegah 24/2009" the vicinity of Kg Madang.
More than 30 enforcement officers from Land Department, Electrical Services Department, Labour Department and Law Enforcement Section of the BSB Municipal Board were involved in the operation.
From the operation, two street side stalls along the Kg Madang's road were found to be operating illegally without any miscellaneous licence while a convenience …
