The government yesterday sealed a deal with a South Korean construction firm to deliver 200,000 housing units in the country over the next five years, beginning next year. The 10bn-dollar project, involving the construction of 40,000 housing units every year to be spread in all the regional capitals, will significantly ease the current huge housing deficit of about one million units. It is also expected to provide thousands of job opportunities for Ghanaians, particularly the youth.
