Bethlehem -Maan -Chief Palestinian Negotiator Dr Saeb Erakat [Sa'ib Urayqat] welcomed on Wednesday [9 December] the conclusions adopted by EU on the status of Jerusalem, and said it provided the basis for a resumption of peace talks based on international legitimacy and obligations, according to a news release issued by Erekat.
