Tibone Praises BDC for Service Delivery.

In the first of seven familiarisation tours of parastatals that fall under his brief, the Assistant Minister of Finance and Development Planning, Charles Tibone, said on Tuesday that he is impressed with the way the Botswana Development Corporation (BDC) is investing in service excellence.

Tibone, who took this office after the recent general election, says this is in line with the President's fifth 'D' for Delivery which also emphasises service excellence to customers.
