The Owelle of Onitsha, Mr Chukwuma Azikiwe, said yesterday that the 2010 governorship election in Anambra State would determine INEC's ability to conduct a free and fair general elections in 2011.
Azikwe, who is the first son of late Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe, told newsmen in Nsukka, Enugu State, that the ability of INEC to conduct a credible election in Anambra would give Nigerians hope for the 2011 elections.
"The government much-talked-about electoral reform will be put to test during the governorship election in Anambra," he said.
