SANA'A, Dec. 01 (Saba) - A source at the Interior ministry has said that al-Qaeda was behind kidnapping and murdering a detective in Ma'rib province, 130 km from Sana'a.

Al-Qaeda members brought around Major Bassam Suleiman Torboush, head of Investigation at the Criminal Investigative Department in the province and seized him on Monday [31 Nov].
