Since March this year, when Practice Nurse editor Louise Prime bade you farewell, new and continuing members of the journal team have been settling in to new ways of working. Publisher Ailsa Marks, based at Elsevier's Oxford offices, leads a group working from several locations to bring you the news and information that supports your work in general practice. The Practice Nurse editorial board continue to provide us with welcome help and encouragement, and consultant editor Julie Beszant, a nurse manager on the primary care front-line at a busy Croydon practice, is expanding her role in guiding the journal's development.
