Belgrade - The Serbian parliament today voted with 137 votes in favor and 24 against to adopt the new Vojvodina statute.

The opposition Liberal-Democrats (LDP) joined the ruling coalition to support the passing of the document.

163 out of 250 MPs were present at the time of the voting.
