They offer min MTBF of 400,000 hr at full load and 25[degrees]C ambient, calculated per MIL-HDBK-217F. Withstand voltage is 4,000 Vac from input to output, 1,500 Vac from input to ground, and 500 Vac from output to ground. Earth leakage current is 150 [micro]A max at 264 Vac/60 Hz.
