Housed in 3 x 3 mm, 14-pin TDFN package with exposed pad, Model DS1842 integrates 76 V current source and dual current mirrors for monitoring APD current. It also includes FET switch that is configured to work in conjunction with external DC-DC controller to implement DC-DC boost converter. Specified over -40 to +85[degrees]C extended temperature range, integrated circuit eliminates discrete high-voltage components required for APD biasing and current monitoring.
