KOLKATA, 26 NOV: Governor GopalKrishna Gandhi today expressed concern over the recent spurt in campus violence.
He was speaking at the third convocation of West Bengal University of Health Sciences (WBUHS) this morning. Pointing out that campus violence in educational institutions was being incited by outsiders mostly, the Governor urged students not to indulge in them and jeopardise the academic environment.
