Stratcorp posts loss as revenue dives SIMON MUNDY Staff Reporter WEAK consumer spending saw venture capital specialist Stratcorp post a loss of R5,95m for the six months to September, it said yesterday.
Revenue fell 17,4% to R30,7m, as the firm recorded a headline loss per share of 3,4c.
This compared with a headline loss per share of 5,8c in the prior year period. The improvement was attributed to a significant decrease in finance cost, mainly due to the settling of debts after Stratcorp raised R27,5m through a share issue in February.
