from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 24 (Bernama) -- Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin today presented medals and awards to 243 honours recipients at Istana Negara here in conjunction with his birthday on June 6.
Heading the list was former Court of Appeal judge the late Datuk Vincent Ng Kim Khoay who was represented by his wife Datin Swee Cheng. He was posthumously conferred the Darjah Panglima Jasa Negara (PJN) award which carries the 'Datuk' title.
