Bulls unveil master plan for success ZEENA ISAACS Rugby Correspondent THE Blue Bulls Rugby Union has developed a master plan to advance to even greater heights in the future by forming a development dream team, which includes both its Super 14-winning coaches.

The union announced yesterday that former Bulls coach Heyneke Meyer would come on board as the executive of rugby coaching which covers development from school up to under-21 level while incumbent Super 14 and Currie Cup head coach Frans Ludeke's contract has been extended until October 2013.
