Section: General News - It is 10am and the consulting room of the Central Paediatric Hospital is packed with parents and their children. Peering out from multi-layered winter clothing, the children's faces are filled with weariness as their noses steadily drip.

Some children are flushed red as they repeatedly hack with winter coughs.

All of them are waiting for consultation, while have fallen into impatience due to the long queue.
