Vietnam: NA allows State medical staff to do private work.

Section: General News - State medical staff are now permitted to have private consulting rooms and work at private clinics after working eight regulated hours in a day.

The new regulations are part of the Law on Health Examination and Treatment that was among five laws approved by the National Assembly in the capital city yesterday.

Deputies taking part at the sixth session of the 12th National Assembly also passed the laws concerning the elderly, telecommunications, wireless radio frequency and militia regulations.
