Mthalane vows to win IBF flyweight world title MORUTI Baby Face Mthalane headlines what is being touted as the biggest card of the year in South African boxing, under the Branco Sports Productions banner at Wembley Arena in Turffontein on Friday. Mthalane will be taking on Julio Pingo Cesar Miranda of Mexico for the International Boxing Federation vacant world flyweight championship title in what is expected to be a scrappy battle between brawlers.

Miranda is a typical Mexican fighter: head down, come forward, closed eyes and a flurry of punches in the middle of the ring for 12 rounds. Mthalane is no different, which will make for an entertaining …
