Section: Government & Politics - The former chairman of Thailand's Council for National Security (CNS) Gen Sondhi Boonyaratkalin on Wednesday accepted the leadership of the Matubhum Party, after playing a crucial role in the coup d'etat which toppled the Thaksin Shinawatra administration in September 2006.
