Turkmenistan/Iran: Turkmen Parliament Speaker to Visit Tehran Saturday.
Section: General News -Turkmenistan's National Assembly Speaker is slated to pay a two-day visit to Tehran on November 21, Iran's envoy to the Central Asian country announced on Tuesday.
"During the two-day visit which will take place at an invitation by Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani, Mrs. Akdzha Nurberdyeva, Chairperson of Turkmenistan's Majlis will meet with her Iranian counterpart and discuss expansion of parliamentary cooperation between Tehran and Ashgabat," Iran's Ambassador to Turkmenistan Mohammad Reza Forqani told FNA.
