Section: General News - On November 13, 2009 , Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and his spouse, along with a group of Thai delegates, arrived at Changi international Airport in Singapore, at 4.00 PM local time, where the Prime Minister was scheduled to attend the 17th Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation.

At 5.00 PM, the Prime Minister, then, held a bilateral talk with the President of the Republic of Peru Alan Garcia at the Intercontinental Hotel, where the Prime Minister was also staying at.
