Designed to control temperature in 2-128 zones, Model Z1240 utilizes PID control technology that is accurate to 1/10[degrees]C. Integrated diagnosis program detects wiring errors and thermocouple breaks, while fuses protect control from mains voltage at sensor inputs caused by short circuits. Through automatic comparison with last used output levels, deviations are displayed, informing operator of imminent malfunctions, corrosion, soiling, or possibility of heating failure.
