OF the seven league fixtures on card today, none will generate as much interest as KCC FC's home engagement against Victors at Nakivubo.

Three weeks ago, Victors were ideally not perceived to be a genuine threat in the Uganda Super League.

If anything, the former Kakungulu Cup winners, who had several first team stars leave including Simon Sserunkuuma, were seen as ordinary.

To the KCC faithful, plenty of optimism would have been generated from the fact that besides losing to the Lugogo-based club in four of their league meetings in the past two consecutive seasons, Victors' 13th-place status on the table today, would justify …
