County allows pub to expand parking.

An Ellenton riverfront pub will be allowed to expand. Yet county commissioners have put Woody's River Roo Pub and Grill on notice that they expect it to do all it can to reduce its late-night noise.
In a 4-3 vote Tuesday, the commissioners allowed the restaurant on the Manatee River to add 30 parking spaces, eight boat slips and more landscaping.
They hope the additional parking will limit the number of patrons who park along 18th Street East.
The expansion will include an exterior acoustical wall on the east side of the property.
