Adam Pearson today returned as chairman of Hull City pledging to get the troubled club back on track.
Succeeding Paul Duffen, who resigned last week, Mr Pearson began a second reign as Tigers chairman this morning.
With concerns over the financial security of the club and with Phil Brown's side rooted inside the Premier League's bottom three, Mr Pearson returns to find uncertain times at the KC Stadium.
But while the fans' favourite admits the club will face a difficult period on and off the pitch, he believes the situation can be salvaged.
