from BUSINESS LINE, October 28, 2009 Bangalore, Oct. 27 - Chinese city Chengdu, which seeks to become a preferred location for IT and outsourcing activity after Beijing and Shanghai, is keen to establish close ties with Indian IT and BPO companies.
A Chinese business delegation is in Bangalore to promote Chengdu as an investment hub.
