DPJ paving way for smooth Diet debut

The administration of Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama was set to make its deliberations debut as a ruling party at an extraordinary Diet session on Monday.
The Democratic Party of Japan has limited the number of government-sponsored bills to be submitted to the session and is allowing bureaucrats to attend to ensure the debut session passes without major fuss.
