Castrol Industrial North America Inc. (CINA), Downers Grove, Ill., has named Charles H. Gaiser president. Gaiser served as vice president of the Specialty Lubricants Div. before accepting the position of senior vice president and general manager of CINA in 1995.

Castrol was previously organized according to four geographic regions-North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Central-Southern. The new organization aligns Castrol's businesses globally by business streams-consumer, commercial, industrial and marine. The restructuring eliminates geographic barriers and provides a more defined focus for each business group.

Huddleston & Co., Inc., Houston, Tex., has named John P. Krawtz vice president. Krawtz has been with the firm since 1984.

Huddleston & Co., Inc. provides petroleum and geological consulting services to oil and gas companies, financial institutions, and diversified companies. Service areas include all active areas of the U.S. and most of the international non-OPEC areas of operations.

Bettis Corp., Waller, Tex., has named Steve Gluff general manager of the Bettis Electric Div. in Cincinnati, Ohio. For the past six years, Gluff has been operations manager for the division.
