from BERNAMA, The Malaysian National News Agency KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 16 (Bernama) -- Accidents can be avoided if vehicles have a good braking system, said the Road Safety Department (RSD) today which also called on owners of vehicles that do not have the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) to have it fixed urgently.

RSD director-general Datuk Suret Singh said the ABS made it easier for drivers to control their vehicles if they had to stop suddenly.
