Strollers along Coconut Grove's trendy Main Highway have no trouble finding sunglasses among the street's chic clothing stores and specialty shops.

No trouble, that is, unless they needed prescription shades in a hurry.

Instant Eyeglasses intends to fix that. With its patented technology for fitting low-cost prescription sunglass lenses into ready-made frames, the Sarasota-based company is renting a petite storefront on Main Highway to test what may soon become an international retail chain.
