MALDA,June 16: In order to check death rate of snake bite patients the district health officials have asked the block medical officials to make proper arrangement for awareness of the people to follow necessary measures for medical treatment of such patients.

The district health officials observed that ignorant people were habituated to seek help from local **ojhaas a primary step for saving the life of the snake-bitten patients.
