IGG Blames Businessmen for Corrupt Practices.

The acting IGG, has castigated the business community for accepting corruption as a way of life.

Speaking during a discussion on fighting corruption yesterday in Kampala, Mr Raphael Baku said the biggest percentage of the business people appreciate that one can get a service after paying some money.

"They (business people) have accepted corruption as grease of their business wheel. And they have made it difficult for other people who cannot afford bribes fail to get services from the recipients of bribes," Mr Baku said.

He also accused the public of vesting a lot of responsibility in President Museveni, however …
