And which lends a battle like scenario and creates a war zone where runs and wickets matter. Is there a vicarious feeling between Indians and Pakistanis when they play cricket in particular. And of course there is the background of wars and hatred that underline the India Pakistan bonding and divide. The Indian role in East Pakistan breaking away is never to be overlooked or underplayed. And of course there is much much more. The British imperialist factor and common denominator is also a stage that needs to be kept in mind. …
