BOEDIONO ON WORKING VISIT IN PAPUA.
from ANTARA, The Indonesian National News Agency Timika, Papua, Sept. 28 (ANTARA) - Vice President elect Boediono began a working visit to Papua on Monday.
Boediono and his entourage were scheduled to arrive at Timika, Mimika District, at around 11 am local time.
The security has been intensified and hundreds of police and military personnel have been mobilized to guard places where Boediono will stay in Mimika.
Commander of the 171 PVT Sorong military command Colonel Fransen Siahaan said around 350 joint military and police officers were mobilized to secure Boediono's visit in Mimika.
