Sep. 29--Rowdy behavior aboard a jetliner and unwanted sexual advances toward a flight attendant sent a Wilton Manors attorney to prison, and now have cost him his right to practice law for five years. John Michael Moody, 45, who had been an attorney in Florida since 2004, agreed to the temporary disbarment. The Florida Supreme Court signed off on the disciplinary action July 16. Attempts to reach Moody by telephone on Monday were unsuccessful. Moody's antics took place June 11, 2007 aboard a Southwest Airlines flight from Indianapolis to Fort Lauderdale.
