Youth Activity Centres to be established in districts.

Ministry of Youth Affairs has launched a pilot project for creating hundred 'Youth Activity Centres' in the districts. The Ministry is awaiting approval of the Planning Commission to go ahead with the project, said Minister for Youth Affairs Shahid Hussain Bhutto in an interview with APP.

The Ministry will co-ordinate with district administrations to acquire buildings, which are not in use to set up the activity centres. The availability of the buildings will save precious government money, the minister said.
