The Dannon Company (Danone outside the US) will reimburse consumers for up to dollars 100 worth of Activia and DanActive yoghurt purchases in order to settle a class-action lawsuit that accused it of overstating health benefits in ads.

The company reached the settlement following the two-year dispute, and will now create a dollars 35 million fund to reimburse qualified consumers, as well as implementing significant changes …
