Utilizing digital CMOS process-based technology, MxL20xRF tuners integrate channel filtering and on-chip 94 dB gain to deliver high-quality signal reception of weak signals. They consume 400 mW of power, complying with Energy Star standards in standby and operating modes. At 5 x 5 mm, units can be implemented on 2-layer PCBs and do not require provisions for thermal management. Tuners support digital cable standards in North America, China, Europe, and India.
