Section: General News - The National Housing Authority is planning to soften restrictions on public housing projects in a bid to address the oversupply problem.

The National Housing Authority, or NHA, is considering easing restrictions on the so-called Baan Eua Arthon low-cost housing program in hope of selling the 70,000 remaining units According to the state housing agency, private contractors under the program will have more freedom to supervise their projects and to lease or sell units to public agencies. …
