Pyongyang, September 15 (KCNA) - It is one of the fundamental principles to be maintained in establishing impartial state relations to maintain independence, says Nodong Sinmun Tuesday in a signed article.

It goes on: The revolutionary countries should more firmly maintain the independent stand and weather on their own initiative all the difficulties lying in the way of revolution and the construction their own way.
