RIM unveils BlackBerry Curve 8520.

BLACKBERRY maker Research in Motion (RIM) launched its latest model, the BlackBerry Curve 8520, following rising consumer interest in smartphones in Malaysia.
"BlackBerry Curve 8520 is targeted at individuals who have yet to make the jump from traditional mobile phones to smartphones," said RIM Asia Pacific regional vice president Gregory Wade.
"In Malaysia, more and more people are moving from basic cell phones to smartphones and BlackBerry Curve is the exceptional choice for first-time smartphone users," he told reporters after the launch in Kuala Lumpur yesterday.
