CIAO VENEZIA: Venice's waters are starting to stir with celeb-packed action. The 66th Venice Film Festival running from today to Sept. 12 will kick off with Microsoft and Moda e Tecnologia, a nonprofit association aimed at bringing together technology and luxury and fashion brands, launching Style Star, a new Web project aimed at promoting luxury brands via short fashion movies.
