A 14-month-old baby had a lucky escape after a scaffolding tower collapsed at Corsley Show, near Longleat, Wiltshire, on Monday.

A local woman, who was carrying the child at the time of the incident, was taken to Salisbury Hospital suffering a back injury.

The woman's push chair was completely crushed in the incident, which happened at about 3pm.

An off-duty member of staff from Trowbridge ambulance station assessed the woman until the Great Western Ambulance …
