PRESIDENT MACAPAGAL-ARROYO WILL have a hectic schedule but a lean delegation in her trip to Libya, where she is set to address a summit of the African Union, Department of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Eduardo Malaya said yesterday.
In a statement, the DFA said Ms Arroyos full schedule in the Libyan capital Tripoli includes bilateral meetings with the heads of state and government of several South Asian and African countries.
