Blue Label Telecoms said its revenues were up 18 percent to ZAR 15.3 billion for the year ended 30 May, while net profit of ZAR 391 million increased by ZAR 55 million. Operating profit rose to ZAR 475 million from ZAR 362 million. The company said the performance demonstrated continued growth in spite of the world economic downturn, with in particular its secure prepaid electronic tokens business showing resilience.
