For its 2Q 2009, the Functional Chemicals division of Clariant International Ltd has reported sales of SFR 551 M (SFR 685 M for its 2Q 2008), EBITDA (before exceptional items) of SFR 55 M (SFR 66 M), EBIT (before exceptional items) of SFR 40 M (SFR 48 M), and EBIT of SFR 34 M (SFR 46 M). For its 1H 2009, this division has reported sales of SFR 1188 M (SFR 1413 M for its 1H 2008), EBITDA (before exceptional items) of SFR 119 M (SFR 152 M), EBIT (before exceptional items) of SFR 88 M (SFR 118 M), and EBIT of SFR 76 (SFR 111 M).
