Telefonica O2 Czech Republic has implemented Oracle's Communications Unified Inventory Management service as part of its transformed business and operations support system (BSS/OSS) architecture. Ness Technologies, Oracle's partner in the Czech Republic, managed the project and completed the deployment in three months. The Oracle Communications Unified Inventory Management platform will provide both a technical customer service catalogue and inventory as part of the complete architecture.
