Section: General News - Second Division Commission on Elections (Comelec) chairman Nicodemo Ferrer on Wednesday junked the motion filed by Pampanga Governor Eduardo Panlilio which seeks to stop the recount of the votes in the 2007 gubernatorial race for lack of merit.
